Passengers Transported With Wheelbarrows At Rumuokoro Flyover In Port Harcourt
Following the continued closure of the Okoro-Nu-Odu (Rumuokoro) flyover in Port Harcourt weeks after its completion, commuters now resort to being pushed on carts and wheelbarrows for as much as N100.

This is because of the over 1km distance that is open for trekking only. So if you feel weak and can’t walk, some hustlers (mostly Northerners) are available to ride you on their wheelbarrows for N50 and N100, depending on how far they ferry you.
It will interest you to note that the flyover has been completed since early January 2021, but remains closed from motorists as it has not yet been commissioned by Governor Wike.
